  1. Gisborne Section—continued.

By inserting the following :—

From To Description of Goods. Rate.
Any station on the Gisborne Section Gisborne .. Pro rata of the classified rates. Minimum charges as follow :— Park Racecourse to Puha (inclusive) to or from Gisborne, 1s. Waikohu to Motuhora (inclusive) to or from Gisborne, 1s. 6d.
Gisborne .. Any station on the Gisborne Section Small lots of Classes A, B, C, and D goods
  1. Westport Section.

By omitting the following :—

  1. Timber loaded at Westport for shipment at Westport Wharf will be charged for haulage from sidings to ships at the following rates :—

Timber, previously conveyed to Westport by rail 3d. per 100 super. ft.
Timber, not otherwise specified .. .. 6d. per 100 super. ft.

By inserting the following :—

  1. Timber loaded at Westport for shipment at Westport wharf will be charged 3d. per 100 superficial feet for haulage from sidings to ships. The foregoing charge will include storage up to twelve days, after the expiry of which period storage charges at the rate of ½d. per day or part thereof will be enforced.

5A. Timber stacked on wharf stacking-sites awaiting shipment will be charged for storage at the following rates :—

For any period not exceeding twelve days, 3d. per 100 superficial feet.
For each additional day or part of a day, ½d. per 100 superficial feet.

SOUTH ISLAND MAIN LINE AND BRANCHES.

  1. Benzine, Kerosene, &c.

By omitting the following :—

Amend footnotes by adding after the word “benzine” the words “and kerosene”.

Dunedin .. Timaru .. Biscuits and confectionery, packed 65s. per ton.
Dunedin .. Lorneville Beer in bulk .. .. 11s. per hogshead, including delivery at Lorneville within such area as may be determined by the Department in that behalf. Minimum quantity, 12 hogsheads per consignment.
Beer and stout, bottled, in crates 1s. 8d. per crate, including delivery at Lorneville within such area as may be determined by the Department in that behalf. Minimum quantity, 10 cwt. per consignment.
