Borough of Whangarei.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and
of every other power and authority in anywise enabling
me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount
Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
Post and Telegraph purposes; and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
twenty-second day of May, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre
0 roods 10-82 perches.
Being portion of Lots 11-13 (inclusive) and 44 on
D.P. 19974, being part Allotment 1, Whangarei Parish.
Situated in Block XII, Purua Survey District (Auckland R.D.), (Borough of Whangarei). (S.O. 28421.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 92111, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of
May, 1936.

connection with Street-widening at Jackson Street,
in the Borough of Petone.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act,
1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway
enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell,
Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the
land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for the purposes of a street, that the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken
in connection with street-widening, and that the said
parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Burgesses of the Borough of Petone as from the
date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
twenty-second day of May, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-six.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken for the
purposes of a street: 1-82 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 1220, being part Section 4;
coloured purple.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken in
connection with street-widening:

0 0 8·03 Part Lot 1, D.P. 1220, being part
Section 4; coloured red.
0 0 4·06 Right-of-way, D.P. 1220, being part
Section 4; coloured yellow.
All situated in Block XIII, Belmont Survey District
(Hutt R.D.), (Borough of Petone). (S.O. 3124.)
All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 92163, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as
above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of
May, 1936.
