Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Richmond Borough Council on the seventh day
of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz. :
“ That the Richmond Borough Council, being the local
authority having control of the streets of the Borough of
Richmond, by resolution declares that the provisions of
section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works
Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Oxford Street
on the south-east side fronting part Section 27, the same
being more particularly shown on a plan thereof and
coloured red thereon between the points A and B ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-
eastern side of the portion of Oxford Street (described in the
Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the
centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated
in the Nelson Land District, Borough of Richmond, known as
Oxford Street, fronting part Section 27, Waimea East,
Block VII, Waimea Survey District. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92011,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-western Side of Portion of Loyalty Street, in
the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of
Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to
a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of
May, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred
by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the
Dunedin City Council on the seventeenth day of February,
one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz. :
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local
authority having control of the streets in the City of
Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of
section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public
Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to portion of the
south-western side of Loyalty Street, in the said City
of Dunedin, where such portion of street abuts on part
Lot 12, Block XVII, Township of Forbury Extension,
as the said portion of street is more particularly
shown on the plan annexed hereto and is thereon
coloured brown and edged with red to its centre-line ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a
building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting
the south-western side of the portion of Loyalty Street
(described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of
thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion
of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE south-western side of all that portion of street
situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin,
known as Loyalty Street, fronting part Allotment 12,
Block XVII, Township of Forbury Extension. As the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 91978, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

of April, 1936.

THE HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Taieri County Council on the twenty-seventh
day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six,
viz. :
“ The Taieri County Council, being the local authority
having control of the roads in the County of Taieri, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to the District Road abutting on Section One (1)
and part Section Seven (7), Block XVI, East Taieri Survey
District, as the same is more particularly delineated on the
tracing attached hereto ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-
western side of the portion of road (described in the Schedule
hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-
line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.
THE south-western side of all that portion of road in the

Act, 1928, shall not apply to the western side of the portion
of road fronting part Waitakaruru 2B Block ” ;
such portion of road being described in the Schedule hereto.

THE western side of all that portion of road, situated in the
Auckland Land District, Hauraki Plains County, fronting
part Waitakaruru 2B Block, Block IX, Wharekawa Survey
District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 91549, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red.
