Pursuant to the provisions of Condition No. 3 included under the heading “Rotorua Acclimatization District” in the Warrant dated the 13th day of March, 1936, made under the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 22 of the 16th March, 1930, at page 484, et seq., declaring open seasons for the taking or killing of imported game and/or native game in the Acclimatization Districts specified in such Warrant, I, Joseph William Allen Ileenan, Under-Secretary of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
