We hereby certify that the foregoing special order was duly made and adopted at a special meeting of the Masterton County Council held at the Council Chambers, Chapel Street, Masterton, at 1.55 p.m. on Tuesday, the 11th day of February, 1936, and was duly confirmed at the ordinary monthly meeting of the said Council held on Tuesday, the 10th day of March, 1936, at 2 p.m., and that due notice of the special order was published in the Wairarapa Age newspaper on the 12th, 19th, and 26th days of February, 1936, and the 4th day of March, 1936.
