ERRATUM.—In the first line of the third item of the Schedule to the Order in Council dated 7th February, 1936, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 14 of 13th February, 1936, at page 271, and registered in the Land and Deeds Registry Office at Nelson as No. 981, exempting portions of roads in the County of Waimea from the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, read “southern” in lieu of “northern.”

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Titirangi Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 1 Lot 26, D.P. 19309, being part Allotment 14.
0 0 1 Lot 27, D.P. 19309, being part Allotment 14.

Situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey District (Auckland R.D.), (Waikomiti Parish). (S.O. 28261.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91504, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of March, 1936.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91505, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
