LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

A PPLICATION having been made to me to register a notice of re-entry by the AOTEA DISTRICT MAORI LAND BOARD as lessor under Lease No. 9117 of, inter alia, the blocks situated in Aripia, Maruanui, and Taharua Survey Districts, called Wharetoto Nos. 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, and 11, and part of the block situated in Maruanui Survey District called Wharetoto No. 9, being all the land in certificates of title, Vol. 94, folios 20, 22, 25, and 28, and Vol. 211, folios 160 and 161, and part of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 94, folio 26 (Auckland Registry), excepting thereout all mines and minerals, of which HUGH ROSS MACKENZIE, of Mangere, Farmer, is the registered lessee, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such notice of re-entry on the said certificate of title upon the expiration of one month from the 16th day of January, 1936, unless good cause to the contrary be shown.
