If notice of dissent from the conversion of any debentures
or other securities is not received by that date the securities
will be converted.
The rate of interest on any debentures or other securities
in respect of which dissent is signified as aforesaid will, by
virtue of section 18 of the above-mentioned Act, be reduced
to two-thirds of the original rate as from the 26th day of
March, 1936.
Further particulars as to the new debentures and the con-
version generally may be obtained from Philip Henry Gosse,
Town Clerk, or Frederick Oliver Reuben Phillips, Chairman,
Otorohanga Town Board, or any branch of the Bank of New
Zealand.

Notice is hereby given to the holders of debentures or other
securities issued in respect of the above-mentioned loans that
the Matamata Borough Council intends to convert all such
debentures or other securities (except those in respect of which
dissent is duly signified) into new debentures having new
maturity dates and bearing interest at 4½ per cent. per annum.
The conversion will take effect from 1st April, 1936.
Application for conversion must be made in writing and be
accompanied by the securities to which it relates.
Dissent from the conversion of any existing debentures or
other securities may be signified by the holder by notice in
writing delivered to the Town Clerk, Matamata, on or before
the 15th day of April, 1936.
If notice of dissent from the conversion of any debentures
or other securities is not received by that date the securities
will be converted.
The rate of interest on any debentures or other securities in
respect of which dissent is signified as aforesaid will, by
virtue of section 18 of the above-mentioned Act, be reduced
to two-thirds of the original rate as from the 1st April, 1936.

In Liquidation.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the above-named company duly convened
and held on the 21st day of February, 1936, the following
special resolution was passed:—
"That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that
Mr. WILLIAM SMITH MacGIBBON, of Christchurch, Public
Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the
company."

I, WILLIAM ALEXANDER BISHOP, Chairman of the
Waitemata County Council, do hereby certify that
pursuant to the provisions of subsection (2) of section 9 of
the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion
Act, 1932-33, a resolution was duly passed at a special
meeting of the Waitemata County Council held on the 24th
day of January, 1936, and confirmed on the 21st day of
February, 1936, providing for the issue under Part II of that
Act of new securities in conversion of existing securities issued
in respect of the loans set forth in the First Schedule to the
Waitemata County Loans Conversion Order, 1935, as published
in the New Zealand Gazette of the 9th January, 1936, No. 1,
at pages 9 to 16.

NOTICE is hereby given that by a minute signed by
the shareholders of the above company pursuant to
section 300 of the Companies Act, 1933, and dated 18th
February, 1936, it was resolved as a special resolution—
(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
(2) That the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy be and is
hereby appointed liquidator of the company.

In Voluntary Liquidation.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the Adgraf
Lubricants, Limited, held on 18th February, 1936,
resolutions were passed for the voluntary winding up of the
said company and the appointment of the Official Assignee
at Auckland as liquidator.
A meeting of creditors of the said company will be held
pursuant to section 300 of the Companies Act, 1933, at the
office of the Official Assignee, Law Court Building, High
Street, Auckland, on Wednesday, the 11th day of March,
1936, at 2.15 o’clock in the afternoon, at which meeting a
full statement of the position of the company’s affairs, to-
gether with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount
of their claims, will be laid before the meeting, and at which
meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 235 of the
said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the
company, and in pursuance of section 236 of the said Act,
may appoint a committee of inspection.
