Time for taking Census.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Census and Statistics Act, 1926, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the nineteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, and appointing the time for taking a census ; and I do also proclaim and declare that a census shall be taken in the month of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, on Wednesday, the twenty-fifth day of the said month, and for the night of Tuesday, the twenty-fourth day of the said month.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of March, 1936.

Additional Land at Huapai taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway to take further land at Huapai in addition to land previously acquired for the purpose of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Situated in Blocks VII, Kumeu, and V, Waitemata, Survey Districts, Waitemata County. (S.O. 28299, blue.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 3971, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured green and yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of February, 1936.

Crown Land in Block XIII, Waiho Survey District, set apart for Public Buildings Purposes.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for public buildings purposes; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 1 rood 8 perches.
Being Reserve 1170.
Situated in Block XIII, Waiho Survey District.
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91413, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of February, 1936.
