- Regulation 91 of the Telephone Regulations is hereby amended by omitting the entries prescribing the charges for “Switching keys (single),” “Switching keys (double),” and “Push buttons and buzzers for use in connection with extension telephones,” and substituting the following :—

PART IV.—PUBLIC-CALL OFFICES (COIN-IN-THE-SLOT.)
- Regulation 97 of the Telephone Regulations is hereby revoked, and the following substituted :—
“97. The charge for a call from a public-call office within the base-rate area of a telephone-exchange shall be 1d. In the case of a public-call office beyond the base-rate area the charge shall not exceed 3d.”
PART V.—TOLL SERVICE.
- Regulation 106 of the Telephone Regulations is hereby revoked, and the following substituted :—
“BASIC RATES.
“106. The basic rates for toll communications shall be as under :—
“(a) Initial charge for an ordinary call not exceeding three minutes in duration :—
