Directing the Sale of Land under the Public Works Act, 1928, in the City of Wellington.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of February, 1936.

Present :

THE HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the public work for which it was taken.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land directed to be sold :

2 roods.

Being portion of Section 98, Town of Wellington R.D.

Situated in the City of Wellington. (S.O. 2604.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79633, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Declaring Portions of Road in Block IV, Drury Survey District, to be Government Road.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of February, 1936.

Present :

THE HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

Extending Time preventing Persons from applying for Receiver, &c., for Thames Harbour Board Loans.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of February, 1936.

Present :

THE HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section ten of the Thames Harbour Board Loans Adjustment Act, 1932–33, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby further extend until the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, the time within which no person shall take any steps to enforce payment of the principal or interest of any of the loans referred to in the said section ten or any part of any such loans.
