Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the
land in Tiger Hill Survey District described in the First
Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
7 acres 0 roods 14 perches.
Being portion of Sections 13 and 16; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 6 acres 2 rood
11 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 13, 14, and 16;
coloured green.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a post-office; and
I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the seventeenth day of February, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 1 perch.
Being Lot 18, D.P. 716 (part R.S. 373).
Situated in Block III, Christchurch Survey District
(Canterbury R.D.).
