By adding the following new regulation :—
13A. Cartage Charges between Taneatua, and Gisborne, Wairoa, Tolaga Bay, and Ruatoria.
Parcels and goods may be consigned between any station on the New Zealand Government Railways and Gisborne, Wairoa, Tolaga Bay, and Ruatoria, via Taneatua. The following are particulars of the cartage charges from or to Taneatua :—
