“ (2) Such fixed place of business may be so altered to another place not within the borough, county, or town district not forming part of a county (as the case may be) in which the original place of business is situated but only at the discretion of the Minister and upon such terms and conditions and subject to the payment of such fee as he thinks fit.
“ (3) In the case of a license of Class II if the place of business be changed to a place within ten miles by the nearest practicable route from the Chief Post Office at Auckland, Christchurch, or Dunedin, or the General Post Office at Wellington, then, before such memorandum is made, the licensee shall pay a sum equivalent to the fee payable for a license of Class I for the period for which the license as endorsed shall continue to be in force after deducting the respective sums set out in clause (2) of Regulation 210 hereof in respect of every complete unexpired calendar month of the term of the license regarded as a license of Class II.”
- Regulation 210 of the principal regulations is amended by adding thereto the following additional clause to paragraph (1):—
“ (e) For a license of Class V: £5 5s. per annum ”;
and the following additional clause to paragraph (2):—
“ (e) For a license of Class V: 8s. 9d. per calendar month or fraction thereof.”

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of January, 1936.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Akitio, in trust, for gravel purposes by virtue of an Order in Council dated the fifth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and three, and published in the Gazette of the fifteenth day of that month, the said Order in Council having been issued pursuant to section four of the Public Reserves Act, 1881 :
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Akitio have duly consented to such cancellation :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Akitio of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
