Portion of Land set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of a provisional State forest set apart by Proclamation dated the eleventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted on the fourteenth day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area containing 108 acres, more or less, being portion of Provisional State Forest 1592, situated in Block XV, Waiwhero Survey District, and in Block III, Mawheranui Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. X/98/80A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of December, 1935.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of a provisional State forest set apart by Proclamation dated the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and gazetted on the eighth day of May of that year, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area containing 72 acres, more or less, situated in Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District, being part of Provisional State Forest 1659. As the same is more particularly described on plan marked L. and S. X/98/88, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of December, 1935.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the streets in Ohinemuri Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the streets closed: 3 acres 0 roods 31 perches.

Adjoining Sections 83, 153, 154, and Warden’s residence-site 199A.

Situated in Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District. (S.O. plan 28096.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/8/52A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2754, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of December, 1935.

Abolishing Woodlands Drainage District, Counties of Waikato and Piako.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on me by the Taupiri Drainage and River District Act, 1929, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in that behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the Woodlands Drainage District, and dissolve the Board thereof.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of November, 1935.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Forest Hill and Lindhurst Hundreds described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 22 acres 0 roods 11 perches.

Being portion of part Section 132, Block IV, Forest Hill Hundred, and Section 5, Block VI, Lindhurst Hundred. (Southland R.D.) (S.O. R664.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 90813, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of December, 1935.
