ONERAHI TOWN BOARD.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Part II of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932-33, and the One
crahi Town Board Loans Conversion Order, 1935, the One
rahi Town Board hereby resolves as follows:—

“That, for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the new securities authorized to be issued by the One
rahi Town Board under the above
mentioned Act and Order in conversion of existing securities issued in respect of the loans set out in the First Schedule to that Order, the said One
rahi Town Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of sevenpence and one
fifteenth of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of unimproved value) of all rateable property of the district,

and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such securities and be payable yearly on the 14th day of August in each and every year until the last maturity date of such securities, being the 1st day of November, 1965, or until all such securities are fully paid off.”

The common seal of the One
rahi Town Board was, by resolution of the Board, affixed hereto on the 29th day of October, 1935, in the presence of—

MANGONUI COUNTY COUNCIL.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.

In the matter of the Counties Act, 1920, and the Public Works Act, 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Mangonui County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above
mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work—namely, the construction of a road—and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council, situate at Commerce Street, Kaitaia, and is open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing, and send the same to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers, Kaitaia, on or before the 16th day of December, 1935.
