Sawyer’s Bay Hides or sheep-skins, loose or in bundles .. 60s. per ton. Minimum quantity, 2 tons per four-wheeled wagon.
Dunedin Fresh fruit or vegetables, New - Zealand - grown, packed, by express or mail trains only Double goods rates, para. 5, Reg. 85, General Scale of Charges.
Feathers, packed .. 64s. 10d. per ton.
Patent fencing .. £9 per LA wagon containing not more than 4 tons. Any quantity in excess of 4 tons to be charged at the appropriate local or classified rate.
Biscuits and confectionery, packed 65s. per ton.
Vinegar, in casks .. 41s. per ton. Minimum quantity, 10 tons per consignment.
Motor-chassis or motor-cars on wheels loaded on four-wheeled wagons £5 5s. each, including cranage and tarpaulins if required.
Gore Patent fencing .. £11 per LA wagon containing not more than 4 tons. Any quantity in excess of 4 tons to be charged at the appropriate local or classified rate.
Invercargill Patent fencing .. £12 per LA wagon containing not more than 4 tons. Any quantity in excess of 4 tons to be charged at the appropriate local or classified rate.
Fresh fruit or vegetables, New - Zealand - grown, packed, by express or mail trains only Double goods rates, para. 5, Reg. 85, General Scale of Charges.
Disc harrows .. Class C. Minimum, seven sets of harrows per four-wheeled wagon.
Vinegar in casks .. 50s. per ton. Minimum quantity, 10 tons per four-wheeled wagon.
Drapery, packed .. 110s. per ton. Minimum quantity, 10 cwt. per consignment.
Styx, Papanui, Bryndwyr, Riccarton, Addington, Christchurch, Linwood, Opawa, Woolston, Heathcote, and Islington Lyttelton Goods of Class N, consigned to ship 6s. 2d. per ton, including unloading charges at ship. Minimum load as per Reg. 77, General Scale of Charges. Any less quantity will be charged at such minimum or on actual weight at 6s. 9d. per ton.
Papanui Lyttelton Farinaceous foods (including such foods prepared in biscuit form packed in boxes or cartons; also marmite, peanut butter, dates, figs, and prunes) 8s. per ton.
Belfast Greymouth Soap, soda crystals, and candles 42s. per ton. Minimum quantity, 1 ton. Consignments to make up the minimum of 1 ton will be charged pro rata of 42s., with a minimum charge of 2s. 6d.
Belfast Hokitika Soap, soda crystals, and candles 49s. 7d. per ton. Minimum quantity, 1 ton. Consignments to make up the minimum of 1 ton will be charged pro rata of 49s. 7d., with a minimum charge of 2s. 6d.
Kaiapoi Christchurch Classes A, B, C, and D .. 8s. 5d. per ton.
Southbrook Christchurch Classes A, B, C, and D .. 11s. 2d. per ton.
Rangiora Christchurch Classes A, B, C, and D .. 11s. 2d. per ton.
