Methven Classes A, B, C, and D, except benzine, kerosene, and similar oils 30s. per ton, including delivery within the area as determined by the Department in that behalf. Small lots pro rata. Minimum charge, 1s. 6d.
Christchurch, Hornby, Papanui, and intermediate stations Chertsey Classes A, B, and C, n.o.s. 22s. 6d. per ton. Small lots pro rata. Minimum charge, 1s.
Small lots of Class D goods.. Pro rata at the classified rate. Minimum charge, 1s.
Christchurch and stations to Hornby, inclusive, or Papanui Ashburton Classes A, B, and C, n.o.s. . . 30s. per ton, including delivery of goods of Classes A, B, C, and D at Ashburton or Tinwald within the areas as determined by the Department in that behalf.
Christchurch and stations to Hornby, inclusive Ashburton Goods of Class D placed in private sidings at Ashburton 2s. 6d. per ton less than the classified rates for Class D.
Classes A, B, and C consigned to private sidings at Ashburton 27s. 6d. per ton.
Christchurch Ashburton Classes A, B, C, D, E, and E½, excepting explosives, benzine, kerosene, and similar oils 40s. per each 8-ton four-wheeled wagon. Minimum quantity, four wagons per week. Owners to load and unload.

Scale for Small Lots, Christchurch and Stations to Hornby inclusive, or Papanui, to Ashburton.

Small lots of goods, including benzine, kerosene, and similar oils, will be charged at the following small-lots scale, which includes delivery at Ashburton within the area as determined by the Department in that behalf, instead of the small-lots scale, Regulation 71, General Scale of Charges :—
