Kaiwarra .. Hemp and tow. in bales, dressed, pressed 20s. per ton, including cartage to rail at Shannon within the area as determined by the Department in that behalf.

Any less quantity will be charged at this minimum or at Class D rate, with a minimum of 6 tons per consignment. Owners to load and unload.
