  • Consignment notes for coal for bunkering ships at Auckland must have a certificate endorsed thereon in the following form :—

I hereby certify that the coal entered hereon will be used for bunkering ships at the Port of Auckland, and that such coal will not be discharged at Auckland except for the purpose of bunkering ships.
