Land taken for Defence Purposes in Block XIV, Cloudy Bay Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 212 acres 2 roods.

Being parts Sections 72 and 73.

Situated in Block XIV, Cloudy Bay Survey District (Omaka R.D.). (S.O. 1631/77.)

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 90552, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of October, 1935.

Land taken for the Purposes of an Aerodrome in Block II Ngaere Survey District, Stratford County.

[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of an aerodrome, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Stratford as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 27 acres 3 roods 20 perches.

Being portion of Lot 1, D.P. 3176, being part of Sections 103 and 104.

Situated in Block II, Ngaere Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 7386.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 90375, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of October, 1935.
