Land set apart in the Taranaki Land District as an Addition to a Public-school Site.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by section thirty-three of the Education Reserves Act, 1928, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, on the recommendation of the Land Board of the district in which are situated any reserves or endowments vested in the Crown by or in pursuance of section two of the Education Reserves Amendment Act, 1910, or of section twenty-two of the first-mentioned Act, set apart as sites for public schools, secondary schools, or technical schools any part of such reserves or endowments :
And whereas the Land Board of the Taranaki Land District has duly passed a resolution recommending that the land described in the Schedule hereto should be set apart as an addition to a public-school site, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation :
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Acts aforesaid, do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as an addition to a public-school site (Mere Mere).

SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
All that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood 24·2 perches, more or less, being Subdivision 1 of Section 11, Block VIII, Hawera Survey District : Bounded towards the north-west, north-east, and south-east by part Section 11, Block VIII, Hawera Survey District, 217·1, 274·6, and 269·3 links respectively, and towards the west by Section 16, Block VIII, Hawera Survey District : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 20/772, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 31st day of December, 1934.

Notice of Intention to issue an Order in Council revoking the Reservation over the Huiakama Domain, Taranaki Land District.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by section forty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), it is provided that the Governor-General may from time to time by Order in Council, but subject to compliance with the requirements of subsection two of section seven of the said Act, declare that the land comprised in a public domain or part thereof shall cease to be subject to Part II of the said Act ; and, further, may declare either that such land shall be a public reserve for the purposes of Part I of the said Act, or Crown land available for disposal by way of sale for cash under the Land Act, 1924 :
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto is known as the Huiakama Domain but is not required for domain purposes, and it is expedient to revoke the reservation over the said land :
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby give notice, pursuant to subsection two of section seven of the said Act, that it is my intention to issue an Order in Council under the provisions of section forty-one of the said Act declaring that the Huiakama Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to Part II of the said Act, and shall be deemed to be Crown land available for disposal by way of sale for cash under the Land Act, 1924.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.—HUIAKAMA DOMAIN.
Section 47, Block X, Ngatimaru Survey District : Area, 6 acres 2 roods 32 perches, more or less.

Portion of Kaiwera Domain set apart as a Site for a Public Hall.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section forty-two of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that that portion of the Kaiwera Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall, from and after the first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, be set apart as a site for a public hall.

SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
All that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood 35 perches, more or less, being part of Section 40, Block IX, Waikaka Survey District, and being part of the Kaiwera Domain, as described by Order in Council dated the 19th day of April, 1915, and published in the Gazette of the 29th day of April, 1915, page 1646, and bounded as follows : Commencing at a point on the public road forming the south-western boundary of Section 40, Block IX, Waikaka Survey District, 106·4 links from the south-western corner of the said Section 40 ; thence a distance of 250 links, bearing 87° 59′ 30″ ; thence a distance of 200 links, bearing 338° 00′ 30″ ; thence a distance of 250 links, bearing 267° 59′ 30″, to the aforesaid public road ; thence a distance of 200 links, bearing 158° 00′ 30″ along the aforesaid public road to the point of commencement : be all the aforesaid linkages a little more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 1/561A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 31st day of December, 1934.

Warrant authorizing the Waitemata County Council to construct a Bridge over the Makarau River, on the Kaukapakapa—Port Albert Main Highway, and apportioning the Cost.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by section one hundred and thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorize the Waitemata County Council to construct the bridge (together with approaches thereto) described in the Schedule hereto ; and I do also declare that the cost thereof, less such contribution (if any) as may be made thereto by the Government of New Zealand, or the Main Highways Board, shall be borne by the Waitemata County Council and the Rodney County Council in the following proportions—viz., the Waitemata County Council shall pay fifty per cent and the Rodney County Council shall pay fifty per cent of such cost respectively. And I do further direct that any contribution hereby required to be made as aforesaid by the Rodney County Council shall be paid from time to time, in the proportion hereinbefore prescribed, to the Waitemata County Council out of the funds of the said Rodney County Council within a period of one month after demand in writing made by or on behalf of the Waitemata County Council ; and all such payments shall be made from time to time to the Clerk of the Waitemata County Council for and on behalf of the Rodney County Council.

SCHEDULE.
That bridge, in the North Auckland Land District, over the Makarau River on the Kaukapakapa—Port Albert Main Highway, adjoining Makarau Block, Block 11, Kaipara Survey District. As the site of the said bridge and approaches is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 88371, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 24th day of January, 1935.
