A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Waipu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 acres 0 roods 11 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Crown land.
Situated in Block XV, Waipu Survey District. (S.O. plan 28051.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2165; deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2747, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of August, 1935.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a wireless-telegraph station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 28 acres 0 roods 22 perches.
Being Tinakore North Block, Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District.
Situated in the City of Wellington. (S.O. 263/1.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 90071, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of August, 1935.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Samoa Act, 1921, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf to make regulations for the peace, order, and good government of Samoa, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order as follows:-
- This order may be cited as the Samoa Companies Order, 1935, and shall come into operation on the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.
