Tenders for Inland Mail-service Contracts. — North Island: Auckland, Hamilton, and Thames Postal Districts, 1936–38.

SEALED tenders will be received at the Chief Post-offices, Auckland, Hamilton, and Thames, until noon on Monday, the 26th August, 1935, for the conveyance of mails between the undermentioned places for a period of three years from the 1st January, 1936.

POSTAL DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND.

1. Auckland, junction Coatesville Road, Dairy Flat, Silverdale, Orewa, Waiwera, Puhoi, and Warkworth, daily. (Alternative to No. 2.)

2. (a) Auckland, junction Coatesville Road, Dairy Flat, Silverdale, Orewa, Waiwera, Puhoi, Warkworth, and Matakana, daily (rural boxes, thrice weekly, between Warkworth and Matakana).

(b) Matakana, Big Omaha, and Leigh (part rural delivery), thrice weekly. (Alternative to Nos. 1, 120, and 121.)

3. Auckland, Panmure, Pakuranga, and Howick, twice daily.

4. Auckland, Paparoa, Matakohc, Ruawai, Raupo, Naumai, Tokatoka, Mititai, and Dargaville, daily. (Alternative to Nos. 67 and 87.)
