NOTICE is hereby given that the license of the under-mentioned land having been declared forfeited by resolution of the Wellington Land Board, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924 :—
License No. : O.R.P. 1060 : Section 3, Block XVI, Retaruke Survey District. Licensee : S. A. Morris.

Land in Auckland Land District for Selection on Optional Tenure.
District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, 16th July, 1935.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section is open for selection on optional tenure under the Land Act, 1924, and applications will be received at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, 31st July, 1935.
Applicants should appear personally for examination at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Thursday, 1st August, 1935, at 10.30 o’clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SECOND-CLASS LAND.
Otorohanga County.—Pirongia Survey District.
SECTION 20, Block VIII : Area, 98 acres. Capital value, £100. Deposit on deferred payments, £5 ; half-yearly instalment on deferred payments, £3 1s. 9d. Renewable lease : Half-yearly rent, £2.
Weighted with £125 for improvements, consisting of dwelling, felling and grassing, 8 chains road-boundary fencing, 30 chains boundary-fencing, 60 chains of subdivisional fencing. Payable either in cash or by a deposit of £5 ; the balance of £120 to remain on mortgage payable over a period of thirty-six years and a half by instalments of principal and interest combined, totalling £4 3s. 11d. per half-year.
A mixed-farming property, situated on the Pirongia-Kawhia Road, twelve miles from Te Awamutu Railway-station and the Dairy Factory, four miles and a half from Pirongia Saleyards ; access by metalled road.
Easy undulating country ; approximately 90 acres ploughable. Approximately 12 acres in fair pasture, 12 acres in worn-out pasture, 14 acres cleared and ploughed, 60 acres in natural state of fern, manuka, and gorse. Ragwort, gorse, and blackberry require attention.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections will be offered for sale by public auction for cash at the District Lands and Survey Office, State Fire Insurance Building, Wellington, on Monday, 26th August, 1935, at 2.30 o’clock p.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

Rangataua Town District.—Town of Rangataua.
SECTION 18, Block VI : Area, 1 rood 4 perches. Upset price, £5 10s.
Weighted with the sum of £40 (payable in cash), for improvements consisting of three-roomed dwelling and wash-house.
This section is situated in the Town of Rangataua fronting Piwari Street, one-quarter mile from school, railway-station, and post-office.
VILLAGE LAND.
Kaitieke County.—Town of Owhango.
SECTION 7, Block VII : Area, 2 roods 23 perches. Upset price, £7 10s.
Weighted with the sum of £3 (payable in cash), for improvements consisting of grassing and fencing.
This section is situated in the Town of Owhango, with frontage to Kakahi Terrace, one mile from Owhango Railway-station. Easy undulating section in grass.
