Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block VII,
Egmont Survey District, Taranaki County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Egmont Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
34·7 perches.
Being portion of Section 123, Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred;
coloured pink.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 38·4 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Section 122, Hua and
Waiwakaiho Hundred; coloured green.
All situated in Block VII, Egmont Survey District.

All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89548,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of
June, 1935.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of
road in Wairoa Survey District described in the Schedule
hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 0 roods
26 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Crown land and Section 224.
Situated in Block V, Wairoa Survey District (Okotuku
R.D.). (S.O. 2876.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89374,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of
June, 1935.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block IV, Newcastle
Survey District, Waikato County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road;
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the fifteenth day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-five.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 34 Allotment 257, Komakorau Parish; coloured
red.
0 0 22 Allotment 219, Komakorau Parish (D.P. 12076);
coloured yellow.

deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for street purposes, and shall vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of
Timaru as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-five.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1·7 perches.
Being portion of Rural Section 2282 (D.P. 1347).
Situated in the Borough of Timaru. (S.P. 2386.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89634,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of
June, 1935.

vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me
in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence pur-
poses; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the eighth day of July, one
thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.
