HIKURANGI TOWN BOARD.

SPECIAL RESOLUTION RE LOAN CONVERSIONS.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33, and amendments thereof, the Hikurangi Town Board Loans Conversion Order, 1935 (No. 1), and of all other powers and authorities enabling it in this behalf, the Hikurangi Town Board hereby resolves to issue new securities in conversion of the debentures issued in respect of loans aggregating £7,700 comprised in the First Schedule of the Hikurangi Town Board Loans Conversion Order, 1935 (No. 1), dated the 25th day of March, 1935, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 29th day of March, 1935, on page 979, such new securities to be issued and the conversion effected in terms of the Hikurangi Town Board Loans Conversion Order, 1935 (No. 1).

I hereby certify that at a special meeting of the Hikurangi Town Board held on the 16th day of April, 1935, the above resolution was passed and that such resolution was duly confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the Hikurangi Town Board held on the 7th day of May, 1935.
