NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee has filed in the Supreme Court an election to administer in respect of the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are hereunder set forth.

I, NORMAN CHARLES KENSINGTON, Returning Officer for the election of a member of the Otago Land Board, in accordance with the provisions of section 47 of the Land Act, 1924, and the regulations thereunder, do hereby declare the result of the poll taken on the 26th day of April, 1935, to be as follows:—

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section will be offered for sale by public auction for cash or on deferred payments at the District Lands and Survey Office, Gisborne, on Wednesday, 5th June, 1935, at 2.30 o’clock p.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.—FIRST-CLASS RURAL LAND.
Opotiki County.—Waiotahi Parish.

SECTION 517: Area, 19 acres 0 roods 30 perches. Upset price, £75.

Loaded with £22 10s. (payable in cash) for improvements, comprising approximately 45 chains old fencing along road boundary.

Situated between the Waiotahi River and the Waiotahi Valley Road, fourteen miles from Opotiki, and 7 miles from the Opotiki–Whakatane Main Highway. Approximately 12 acres fairly good level land and 6 acres swamp. Suitable to an adjoining owner.

These areas comprise some of the best and most desirable building-sites in Christchurch. They are all within easy walking distance of the Fendalton tram service and within a radius of approximately half a mile of the Fendalton School. Electric power and sewerage are available to all sections.
