These areas comprise some of the best and most desirable building-sites in Christchurch. They are all within easy walking distance of the Fendalton tram service and within a radius of approximately half a mile of the Fendalton School. Electric power and sewerage are available to all sections.
Reserve 4123: This section has an extra wide frontage and has a good shelter-belt of trees on the eastern boundary; approximately ten minutes’ walk from Fendalton tram service. Frontage is to Hamilton Street.
Reserve 4127: This is a good building section with a chain frontage to Chilcomb Street and within ten minutes’ walk of the Fendalton Tram Terminus.
Reserve 4178: This section has a frontage of slightly over one chain to Malton Avenue. It has a rather deep depression running through it, but has a decided future value if filled in. At the price asked it offers a splendid opportunity for any one prepared to spend a certain amount in levelling.
Reserve 4196: Has frontage to Creyke Road, and the various lots offered are all splendid sections, ideal in situation, and approximately five minutes’ walk from the tram.
Special note.—The sections are offered for sale as they stand and no liability for fencing remains with the Crown.
Terms of sale and full particulars may be obtained at this office.
