ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the south-eastern boundary of Rural Section 112 and the north-eastern side of Langdons Road, and proceeding thence south-easterly along the said north-eastern side of Langdons Road to the north-western side of Main North Road;
