A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 0·11 perches.
Being portion of Lot 11, D.P. 55, and being part Section 198.
Situated in the City of Wellington (Town of Wellington R.D.). (S.O. 2971.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89200 (sheet 1), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of April, 1935.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Wanganui as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 0 roods 35·2 perches.
Being portion of Waimarino 3t, No. 1 Block.
Situated in Block XVI, Whirinaki Survey District. (S.O. 3012.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89250, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.

Being portion of Lot 4, D.P. 11612, being part Paeroa No. 1 Block.
