Land in the Wellington Land District proclaimed as ceasing to
be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the
Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the
Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the
disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale, or
on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the
Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such
land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation,
cease to be national-endowment land:
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto has
been disposed of by way of sale for cash, and it is expedient
that the said land should cease to be national-endowment land :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section
three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles,
Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after
the twentieth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-four, the land described in the Schedule hereto, which
was set apart as national-endowment land under the pro-
visions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land
Act, 1908, shall cease to be national-endowment land.

SCHEDULE.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 1 (formerly part of Run 16), Block X, Ikitara Survey
District : Area, 472 acres 3 roods 5 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of
March, 1935.

for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the
land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land declared to be Crown
land :-

111 1 0 Part Lot 1 of Section 132, Block IV, Forest
Hill Hundred.
184 0 31 Part Lot 2 of Section 132, Block IV, Forest
Hill Hundred.
250 0 0 Part Lot 3 of Sections 132 and 5, Block IV,
Forest Hill Hundred, and Block VI, Lind-
hurst Hundred.

In the Southland Land District ; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89145,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon edged pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of
March, 1935.
