  • When the maximum is reached an increase of 4s. 2d. per week (operators, photographers, and process engravers,
    4s. 3d. per week; female staff, 4s. 6d. per week) may be granted for special aptitude or qualifications (subject to
    review each year) if so recommended by the Government Printer.

    Subject to adjustment in terms of the National
    Expenditure Adjustment Act, 1932, and the Finance Act (No. 2), 1934.
