NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be offered for sale by public auction for cash or on deferred payments at the local Lands Office, Stratford, on Wednesday, 3rd April, 1935, at 10.30 o’clock a.m. under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

STRATFORD BOROUGH.—TOWN OF STRATFORD.—TOWN LAND.
SECTION 945: Area, 1 rood. Upset price, £450.

This freehold section is situated in Portia Street with a frontage of 76 ft. and a depth of 145 ft., and having thereon a four-roomed house (with bathroom, washhouse, and kitchen), motor-garage, fowlhouse, and wood-shed. The house is fitted with electric light, bath, copper, sink, and tubs.

Terms of Sale.

Cash: One-fifth of the purchase money to be paid on fall of the hammer and the balance with Crown grant fee of £1 to be paid within thirty days thereafter.

Deferred Payment: A deposit of £50 and £1 1s. license fee to be paid on fall of the hammer and the balance by equal half-yearly instalments extending over thirty-four years and a half, such instalments being calculated on a basis of £3 5s. per £100 of purchase money.
