I HEREBY give notice that at a poll of ratepayers of the Taupo Riding of the County of Hutt taken on the 13th day of February, 1935, on the proposal of the Hutt County Council to borrow the sum of £7,000 by way of a special loan to be known as the “ Paromata Bridge and Road Loan, 1935 ”—

I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

IN pursuance of section 76 of the Rating Act, 1925, and the Swamp Drainage Act, 1915, and its amendments, the ratepayers within the rating areas constituted by the last-mentioned Acts are hereby notified that 10 per cent. additional will be added to all rates for the year ending 31st March, 1935, unpaid on the 14th March, 1935.
Rates may be paid at any money-order office, or to the Collector of Rates, P.O. Box 1659, Auckland, C. 1.
