Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

PURSUANT to section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied that the purchase of the Native land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the said Act, do hereby proclaim that the said land has become Crown land.

SCHEDULE.

MANGINANGINA (or Motukauri) Block: Area, 100 acres 0 roods 13·3 perches. Blocks XI and XV, Kaeo Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of February, 1935.

Amending a Proclamation proclaiming Land as a Road and Road closed in Block III, Aongatete Survey District, Tauranga County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the eighteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 38 of the twenty-fourth day of the same month, at page 1521, proclaiming land as a road and road closed in Block III, Aongatete Survey District, Tauranga County, by inserting therein the following Schedules in lieu of the Schedules mentioned therein, which are hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 3 0·1 Allotment 138; coloured red.
0 1 36·4 Allotment 139; coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed:—

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 2 8·9 Allotment 138 and Lot 5, D.P. 22289, being part Allotment 145; coloured green.
0 1 31·6 Allotment 139 and Lot 5, D.P. 22289, being part Allotment 145; coloured green.

All situated in Block III, Aongatete Survey District (Auckland R.D.), (Apata Parish). (S.O. 27846.)

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 88998, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of February, 1935.

Notice altering the Boundaries of the Otago Mining District.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section eight of the Mining Act, 1926, it is, inter alia, enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time by Proclamation alter the boundaries of any mining district: And whereas it is desirable that the lands specified in the Schedule hereto shall, subject to all existing registered mining privileges, be excluded from the Otago Mining District:

Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eight of the Mining Act, 1926, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby, as from the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, alter the boundaries of the Otago Mining District by excluding therefrom the lands particularly described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, being the Town of Ranfurly: Bounded towards the north-east by Block II, Maniototo Survey District; towards the east, south, south-west, north-west, and west by Block VI, Maniototo Survey District; excepting out of the above-described area such
