Declaring Portions of Railway Land between Windsor Junction and Tapui to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, it is provided that in the case of any land taken, purchased, or acquired for a Government work and not required for that purpose, the Governor-General may, on recommendation by the Minister, by Proclamation declare such land to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924, and thereupon the land may be administered and disposed of under that Act accordingly:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land :-

17 1 36 Part railway land (parts Sections 4, 31, 38, 28, 10, 29, and 30, Block I, Maruwenua Survey District); coloured blue.
10 1 32 Part railway land (part Sections 30 and 21, Block I, Maruwenua, and Block VII, Awamoko Survey Districts); coloured yellow.
6 2 11 Part railway land (parts Sections 21 and 2, Blocks VII and X, Awamoko Survey District); coloured red.
11 1 12 Part railway land (parts Sections 2 and 3, Block X, Awamoko Survey District); coloured purple.
19 3 9 Part railway land (part Sections 3, 17, 15, and 13, and closed road, Block X, Awamoko Survey District); coloured green.
Situated in Waitaki County.
In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 2899, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of February, 1934.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tuhua Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

Situated in Tuhua Survey District (Auckland R.D.).

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 86356, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of January, 1934.

WHEREAS by section five of the Judicature Amendment Act, 1913, it is enacted that the Court of Appeal shall consist of two divisions, to be called respectively the First Division and the Second Division of the Court of Appeal: and that each division shall consist of five Judges of the Supreme Court, to be appointed to that division by the Governor-General in Council:
