In the matter of Part IV of the Administration Act, 1908,
and in the matter of the Estate of EDWARD ASLIN, late
of Dunedin, Solicitor (Deceased).

I HEREBY give notice that by an order of the Supreme
Court, Dunedin, dated the 27th day of October, 1934,
I was appointed administrator of the estate of the above-
named Edward Aslin, and I hereby call a meeting of creditors
to be held at my office, Supreme Court Buildings, Stuart
Street, on Thursday, the 8th day of November, 1934.

All claims against the above estate must be lodged with
me on or before the 27th day of December, 1934.

NOTICE is hereby given that dividends are now payable
in the undermentioned estates on all proved claims;
promissory notes (if any) to be produced for endorsement
prior to receiving dividends :-

final dividend of 3¼d. in the pound, making a total of
3s. 3¼d. in the pound.

and final dividend of ½d. in the pound.

(deceased)—First dividend of 13s. 4d. in the pound.

and being all the land in certificates of title, Vol. 656,
folios 159, 161, 164, 165, 166, 167, 168, 169, and 170 (Auckland
Registry), of which HILDA MAUD LOVEGROVE, of Hamil-
ton, Married Woman, is the registered lessee, notice is hereby
given of my intention to register such notice of re-entry
upon the expiration of one month from the 8th day
of November, 1934, unless good cause to the contrary be
shown.
