Palmerston North Hospital Board’s Loans Conversion Order, 1934.

I, JOHN KNOWLES HORN BLOW, Chairman of the Palmerston North Hospital Board, do hereby certify that pursuant to the provisions of subsection (2) of section 9 of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33, a resolution was duly passed at a special meeting of the Palmerston North Hospital Board held on the 6th day of September, 1934, and confirmed on the 24th day of September, 1934, providing for the issue under Part II of that Act of new securities in conversion of existing securities issued in respect of the loans set forth in the First Schedule to the Palmerston North Hospital Board Loans Conversion Order, 1934, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 67 on the 30th day of August, 1934, pages 2751 to 2754.

“ That it having been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue in business that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that WILLIAM SMITH MACGIBBON, of Christchurch, Public Accountant, be appointed liquidator.”
