Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Riccarton Borough Council on the twenty-seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, viz. :—

“That the Riccarton Borough Council, having control of the streets in the Borough of Riccarton, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the northern side of Straven Terrace fronting the whole of Lots 297 and 298, and the adjacent 30·05 links of Lot 299 as shown on plan prepared by Hamner and Barker, Registered Surveyors ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of Straven Terrace (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE northern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Canterbury Land District, Borough of Riccarton, known as Straven Terrace, fronting Lots 297 and 298 and part of Lot 299, D.P. 4530, being part Rural Section 163. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87927, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

The North-eastern Side of Portion of Mataora Road, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of September, 1934.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution, passed by the Dunedin City Council on the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, viz. :—

“That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to portion of the north-eastern side of Mataora Road in the said City of Dunedin where such portion of street abuts on Lots 36 and 37, L.T.P. 2045, being also part of Lot 15, Township of Hawthorn Hill, as the said portion of street is more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto and is thereon coloured red to its centre-line ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Mataora Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Mataora Road, fronting Lots 36 and 37, L.T.P. 2045, being part Lot 15, Township of Hawthorn Hill, and being also part Section 79, Block VI, Town District. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87905, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Southern Side of Portion of a Road in the County of Waitaki exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waitaki County Council on the twenty-seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, viz. :—

“The Waitaki County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Waitaki County, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south side of the road forming the northern boundary of and abutting on Sections 49 and 51, Block IV, Papakaio Survey District ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.

THE southern side of all that portion of road, situated in the Otago Land District, County of Waitaki, fronting Sections 49 and 51, Block IV, Papakaio Survey District. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87847, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Nelson City Council on the nineteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, viz. :—

“The Nelson City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets of the City of Nelson, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Kawai Street adjoining Sections 968 and 970, City of Nelson, marked A–B, and coloured red on plan ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Kawai Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Nelson Land District, City of Nelson, known as Kawai Street, fronting Sections 968 and 970, City of Nelson. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87729, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
