I, ETHELBERT ALFRED RANSOM, Minister of Lands, in the exercise of powers conferred upon me by the Rangitaiki Land Drainage Act, 1910, and its amendments, do hereby make and levy on the unimproved value of all land within the district constituted under the said Act the general rates to meet maintenance-costs for the period 1st April, 1934, to 31st March, 1935, as described in the First Schedule
