Crown Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease \

to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Auckland \
Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon \
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement \
Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of \
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare \
that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and \
the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal \
by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special \
tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.β€”CROWN LAND.
SECTIONS 13 and 14, Block I, Pakaumanu Survey District : \
Area, 240 acres 1 rood 12 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor- \
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued \
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of \
August, 1934.

Land proclaimed as a Road in Block VII, Tokatoka Survey \
District, Otamatea County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section \
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, \
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby \
proclaim as a road the land in Tokatoka Survey District \
described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : \
1 acre 2 roods 1 perch. \
Being Lot 3, D.P. 24848, being part Allotment 88, Tokatoka \
Parish.

Situated in Block VII, Tokatoka Survey District (Auckland \
R.D.). (S.O. 27641.)

In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more \
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87549, \
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at \
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor- \
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued \
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of \
August, 1934.

Land taken for the Development of Water-power (Waitaki \
Scheme) in Block V, Kurow Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities \
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of \
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me \
in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General \
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and \
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is \
hereby taken for the development of water-power (Waitaki \
Scheme); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall \
take effect on and after the third day of September, one \
thousand nine hundred and thirty-four.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :--

A. R. P. Being Portion of \
14 2 29 Section 11 .. { Coloured pink. \
2 1 35 } ", " green.

Situated in Block V, Kurow Survey District.

In the Otago Land District ; as the same are more particularly \
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76536, deposited \
in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, \
and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor- \
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued \
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of \
August, 1934.
