LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue
of a new certificate of title in the name of JOHN
CLARKE, of Dunedin, Farmer, for 5 acres 0 roods 14 perches,
more or less, situated in the Waipahi and Pomahaka Districts,
being closed road between Sections 37, 48, 36, and 49,
Block III, shown on the public maps of the said Waipahi
District, and closed road between part of Section 35,
Block III, of the said Waipahi District, and part of Sec-
tions 19 and 20, Block XI, shown on the public map of
the said Pomahaka District, and being the whole of the
land comprised and described in certificate of title,
Register-book Vol. 135, folio 149 (Otago Registry), and
evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said certificate
of title, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue
such new certificate of title at the expiration of fourteen days
from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of renewable
lease, Register-book Vol. 206, folio 178 (Otago Registry),
for Section 114, Town of Komako, whereof WILLIAM
JOHNSTON, of Ranfurly, Farmer, is the registered lessee,
and application having been made to me for the issue of a
provisional renewable lease in lieu thereof, I hereby give
notice that it is my intention to issue such provisional renew-
able lease accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from
the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

It has been decided to reconstruct the company under the
provisions of the Companies Act, 1933, and as from the date
on which the National Cash Register Company of Australasia,
Limited, ceases to carry on business in New Zealand its
organization and affairs will be carried on without interruption
by a new company now in process of formation and known as
“The National Cash Register Company (N.Z.), Limited.”

of ORANGE DRINK, LIMITED (in Liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given that on the 1st day of August,
1934, the following special resolution was duly
passed :—
“ That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that
W. HAYDON, Accountant, of Auckland, be appointed
liquidator.”

New Zealand, 1933, now residing in Waipukurau,

next to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the
