Whangape .. Inside the entrance of Whangape Harbour water Limits. Not beyond Herekino River to the north, and Hokianga River to the south Nil.
Whangarei .. Inside a right line drawn from Sugarloaf Lighthouse to the visible extremity of Marsden Point Seasonal : For vessels engaged in deep - sea sports - fishing only :— From lst May to 3lst October— Between a line drawn 090° from the shore, passing through and extending 15 miles from north-eastern end of Wide Berth Island, and a line drawn 090° for 12 miles from Bream Tail From 1st November to 30th April— Between a line drawn 090° from the shore passing through and extending 25 miles from north-eastern end of Wide Berth Island and a line drawn 090° for 20 miles from Bream Tail Nil.
Whangaroa .. Inside a right line drawn from South Head to North Head at Whangaroa Harbour entrance Inside a right line drawn from Flat Head to the northernmost island of the Cavalli Islands; thence by a line outside the islands to the eastern end of Step Island; thence to Ngatoka Raranui Point Seasonal—For vessels engaged in deep-sea sports-fishingonly :— From 1st May to 31st October— Within a radius of 13 miles from Cone Rock From 1st November to 30th April— Within a radius of 20 miles from Cone Rock Nil.
Whangaruru .. Inside a right line drawn from Cape Home extremity to the western point of Henry Island, thence by a right line passing through the north-western extremity of Bland Rocks to the foreshore Inside a right line drawn from South Head eastern extremity to Home Point eastern extremity Nil.

I N accordance with the provisions of the Education Act, 1914, it is hereby notified that the undernamed persons have been duly elected members of the Education Board of the District of Auckland :

For the Auckland Urban Area— William James Campbell (unopposed). Robert Archibald Rew (unopposed). George Edwin Spooner (unopposed).

For the Hamilton Urban Area— Sydney Bennett Sims (unopposed).

For the North Ward of the Rural Area— Charles Frederick Collins.

For the East Ward of the Rural Area— Arthur Norman Macky.

For the West Ward of the Rural Area— Walter Irving Bowyer.

The result of the voting is as follows :-

The number of valid votes recorded was 53. The number of votes rejected as informal was 1.

The number of valid votes recorded was 232. The number of votes rejected as informal was 5.

West Ward—The only nomination received was that of Edward Frederick Henry Hemingway.

North Ward—The only nomination received was that of Richard Dukeson.

I hereby declare George Stuart King, Matthew Henry Oram, John Knowles Hornblow, Edward Frederick Henry Hemingway, and Richard Dukeson duly elected as members of the Board for the Wanganui Urban Area, Palmerston North Urban Area, South Ward, West Ward, and North Ward, respectively.
