bankrupt, formerly of Timaru, Nightwatchman, but
now of Wellington, Labourer, and on reading the affidavit
of the applicant and of the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy
at Timaru and the report of the said Official Assignee, and
hearing Mr. Jas. Emslie, counsel for the applicant, it was
ordered that the Order of Adjudication dated the ninth day
of May, 1910, against the above-named Archibald Campbell
Duncan be annulled.
