NOTICE is hereby given that ANDREW JOSEPH FRANCIS BROWN, of Dunedin, Fruiterer, trading as the “Single Profit Fruit Co.,” was this day adjudged bankrupt; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors to be holden at my office, Supreme Court Building, Stuart Street, on Monday, the 16th day of July, 1934, at 2.15 o’clock p.m.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of an interim certificate of title in the name of CHRISTOPHER LUCIAN FRANGOS, formerly of Wairoa, Hawke’s Bay, Restaurant-keeper, but now of Te Kauwhatu, Farmer, for all that parcel of land containing 3 roods 39.48 perches more or less, situate in the Borough of Wairoa, being part of Suburban Section 28, Class I, Town of Clyde, and being also Lots 1 and 2, Deposited Plan 5101, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 117, folio 48 (Hawke’s Bay Registry), and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue an interim certificate of title as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title in favour of ANN ENGLAND, wife of JOHN ENGLAND, of Invercargill, Draper (now deceased), for Allotment 20, Block XVI, and Allotments 18 and 19, Block XVII, plan 1182, being also parts of Section 3, Block I, Invercargill Hundred, being the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. 92, folio 6, and evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I shall issue a new certificate of title as requested after fourteen days from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.
