  1. The Board shall prepare and submit at an annual meet-
    ing to be held in the month of April in each year a report of
    the proceedings of the Board for the previous year ending
    on the thirty-first day of March, together with a statement
    of the receipts and expenditure of the Board for such year.
    A copy of every such report and statement, certified by the
    Chairman to be correct, shall be sent to the Minister in Charge
    of Scenery Preservation as soon as possible after each annual
    meeting.

  2. The Board shall control the said reserve in accordance
    with the provisions of the said Act and of the regulations
    made thereunder.

PONGAROA SCENIC RESERVE.—WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
Sections 1 to 12, Block IV, Town of Pongaroa: Area, 5 acres
1 rood 35 perches.

Also Sections 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 12, 13, Block VII, Town of
Pongaroa: Area, 2 acres 3 roods 11 perches.

Also part of Section 5 and Sections 6 to 16 inclusive, Block
XII; parts of Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and Sections 11, 13,
and part Section 14, Block XIII, part Section 16 and Sections
14 and 18 to 24 inclusive, Block IX, Town of Pongaroa;

above area stopped by Proclamation dated 18th February,
1908, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 12, of

three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the
Peace Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify
and declare that Royed Jack Stratton Weeber, being an
officer in the service of the Crown holding the office of Post-
master at Mataroa, is authorized to take and receive statutory
declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the
Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
