Warrant appointing Conciliation Commissioner under the
Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, and its
Amendments.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
conferred on me by subsection four (a) and subsection
six of section forty of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitra-
tion Act, 1925, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

Samuel Ritchie

to be a Conciliation Commissioner under and for the purposes
of Part II of the said Act for a period of six months from
the ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-
four.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 18th day of June, 1934.

Edward Piner, of Annat,

to be an officer for the purposes of Part II of the first-mentioned
Act in respect of the North Canterbury Acclimatization
District.
