Stopping Government Roads in Blocks XI, XIV, and XV, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District, and Blocks II, III, and VI, Galatea Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of June, 1934.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Leeston Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 19·6 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Rural Section 13956 and Crown land (Old River-bed, Selwyn River).

Situated in Block XII, Leeston Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.P. 2339.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87318, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of June, 1934.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Lauder Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 1 rood 4 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 41, Block V, and Section 1401r, Block IV.

Situated in Block V, Lauder Survey District (Otago R.D.).

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87329, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of June, 1934.
