(NOTE.—The following decisions admitting certain knitting-machines free of duty from all countries under the provisions of section 11 of the Customs Amendment Act, 1927, are cancelled: Hosiery flat knitting-machine, the “Reading,” in M.O. 47; hosiery flat knitting-machine, the “Hubert and Salzer,” in M.O. 50; hosiery flat knitting-machine, the “Hilscher,” in M.O. 56. Future importations of these machines will be liable to duty under the General Tariff. Minister’s Order No. 64.] E. D. GOOD, for Comptroller of Customs.

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 188 of the Mining Act, 1926, that the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereto have this day been struck off the Register.
