(2) Any opossums, opossum-skins, traps or other con-
trivances used for the taking of opossums, or any stamping
machine, device, tool, or other instrument for the purpose
of counterfeiting the official mark, forfeited to the Crown
under the provisions of these regulations shall be sold or
otherwise disposed of in such manner and under such con-
ditions as the Minister may direct.

(3) All moneys derived from the disposal of anything
sold pursuant to this regulation shall be paid into the Public
Account and shall, after deducting expenses, be paid over to
the registered acclimatization society in whose district the
seizure was made.
